A young man came to us with issues involving a fellow employee who worked in his office. The client contacted us through Private Investigator in Plymouth UK after becoming concerned that the individual in question was being disloyal to the company that they both worked for by leaking confidential information to a rival one that was allowing them to exceed in business. The client had always been suspicious of the individual but had recently noticed some particularly odd behaviour that had led him to have doubts over the individual’s loyalty to the company and his employer.

After consulting with the client on the sort of behaviour that he had witnessed in the individual which had led to his concerns it was decided that the best course of action to proceed in the case with would be to couple surveillance of the individual with a series of checks into his background. A system of covert surveillance was installed in the office of the individual which would allow our operatives to monitor his actions and activities whilst in the agreed upon area. As the client had suspected suspicious activity was soon identified in the behaviour of the individual and evidence that confirmed that he was sharing information with a local competitor was obtained.

We presented the client with a full report that included both photographic and documented evidence of the activities of the individual which he was able to pass on to his employer. Following the investigation the appropriate legal action was taken against the employee for his behaviour and a new individual has been employed.
