A client of Investigator Plymouth wants to know if their untrustworthy employees are going beyond the point of no return. The business owner laid down specific rules about how to act in a working environment these are being broken. Previously the client has had complainants from members of his work force and customers alike that certain toilet cubicles have been vandalised as well as the staff room. Stock has been stolen and without the supplies customers are not using his business or not returning for more work.

We told the client that we could install covert cameras on the premises especially in the vandalised areas increasing the chance of catching a glance of the thief and vandals. The covert cameras would be desecrate and we suggested it would be best if the employees were uninformed about the insulation. This would ensure that if the thief and vandal was within his employees they would still vandalise and get caught.

The client agreed and the cameras were installed. The footage discovered was that one of the employees was steeling the supplies and another was destroying the toilet cubicles. When the two were confronted they were told that if they mended the cubicles and replace the stolen supplies they would not press charges
